A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 after at least four semesters.
Applicants meeting this criterion are exempt from the SMU Admission Test; otherwise, a minimum score of 55 is required
English proficiency with a minimum score of IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90

An official offer letter from Singapore Management University (SMU) is required for enrollment in the program
Students who are selected for the TBS–SMU 3+1 Dual Degree Program are required to pay a one-time program fee of 100,000 THB to confirm their participation. The fee is payable in two installments as follows:
First Installment: 50,000 THB
Payable in early February, covering academic advising, study plan development, course mapping, and pre-departure preparation activities
Second Installment: 50,000 THB
Payable in late May, covering administrative processes related to credit transfer and academic record arrangements
Credit Transfer
The transfer of courses and credits under the 3+1 Dual Degree Program shall be in accordance with Thammasat University’s Regulations on Undergraduate Studies (B.E. 2568). Courses completed at partner universities and approved for credit transfer must receive a minimum grade of “C” or equivalent.
Transferred courses will be recorded on the student’s academic transcript with the designation “ACC” (Accredited). Courses that do not meet the minimum requirement will not be eligible for credit transfer.
Graduation Requirements
Students must fulfill all academic requirements of Thammasat University in order to be awarded a bachelor’s degree. In addition, students are required to complete the requirements set by the partner university to be eligible for a master’s degree, in accordance with the regulations of each institution.
In the case of collaboration with Singapore Management University (SMU), students will be eligible to receive a master’s degree from SMU only upon successful completion of all program requirements and after having graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Thammasat University.
Condition of Honors
The consideration for graduation with honors shall comply with Thammasat University’s Regulations on Undergraduate Studies (B.E. 2568). Students participating in the program must have transferred or exempted credits not exceeding 25% of the total credits required by the curriculum (approximately 33 credits) in order to be eligible for honors.
